Keane, 24, Snow in Seattle

I discovered Keane this weekend.  Actually, as I was flying back from Singapore I heard one of their songs on the plane (Somewhere only we know), and then followed up with a sample hearing in the store.  I really like them a lot.  They're an UK band, and I guess have been around for about 1 year.  I bought their CD this weekend and have been listening to it.  I think they're going to be big like Coldplay and Damien Rice.

I also watched the season premiere of 24 last night.  While I am looking forward to another 2 hours tonight, I was bummed that I couldn't keep watching (like I did with seasons 1 & 2 because I had the DVDs).

Finally, it snowed in Seattle yesterday.  By noon most of the snow had melted in the city but I guess out in the burbs where it's colder there was still snow on the ground this morning.  Since Howard just wrote an entry on what he misses about Seattle -- I wonder if he misses the snow from Singapore...?  We certainly miss him here.

Morris glad to see that you have discovered Keane; they are now HUGE over here and I love them too!

Sometime this year... I shall make it back for a visit! Preferably during summer time... no place in the US as nice as Seattle in the summer.

I've been listening a lot to Keane and Damian Rice lately. Morris, you should check out a Danish band called Saybia.
