Thanks to my buddy Aaron who recommended this software, I now have Resco Explorer version 5.10 on my pocket pc. Actually registered it at the website. Very interesting indeed - It has our usual file explorer, registry editor and I can view my system information, regarding the amount of space left and the battery usage. I'll add in screen shots when I get to do so. :)
