What's new? Nothing. Saw accidents on the way to work yesterday and heard about friend involved in a minor one. Luckily, no injuries. It reminds me to drive defensively instead of offensively. Time one, in fact.

Broadband down

3 horrendous days at home without internet access. 1 thing I definitely cannot live without is broadband.... Felt helpless and restless without the internet. Hehe... Actually, the broadband was down due to the password entry in which @streamyx was not included to it. Had been quite sometime since password was entered and hence, the re-installation of the router causes this hiccup. Glad it's over! :D

I am in class right now. Listening and blogging at the same time. Haha.... :-D Was out last night for a drink with some of my friends. As usual, we had the chatting session throughout the night. I had a large honeydew drink which I ended up having stomach upset when I got back. Guess, it's too raw for me.....

Summer Live Concert

Attended Summer Live Concert. The haze did not deter the crowds from attending this concert, in order to tune to their favourite artists. :-) The people there are from all walks of life and the youth are the majority of it. All reached early. Some as early as 5pm just to get a good spot. Our group, consists of more than 20 people gathered at 6pm, awaiting for one another. Spirits were high and everybody was upbeat. The saddening part is the queue, where there is a mad rush. Couldn't blame anyone as everybody is wanting to get to the stage as near as possible. Got through it finally and choosed a great spot standing there. Concert commence at 8.30pm and of all the artists, my favourite is Guang Liang. :-) Enjoyed his song: Fairytale and Haven. Best of the best.

Edit: I am too lazy to further write on other artists. In short, it was a great concert. HAha....

Before the concert begins! LOL.

A friend of mine tickles me when the so-called ribbon on the shoe came out. She was walking with caution with the objective or purchasing sandals in time. No avail in finding the suitable one and instead got glue! Haha.... It actually works with glue. Hmmm... Seems like the glue safe the day. A hilarious situation, joking about it.

Finally, it's Thursday. Last 2 days were really hectic as I had training, full day. The worst part is the flooded outlook mailbox. Haha.... Got to stay back longer in order to attend to those mails. Got to run!

The climb

Had 6 hours + of tracking from Kek Lok Si temple all the way to Botanical Garden. Along the way, we re-route from the normal way as we wanted to go through the jungle track rather than all the cement. :D Had tons of fun time despite lethargic at the end of the day.

Brought little water up. Luckily, one of the Hash member, who befriended my colleague brought many bottles. What we did were, we help him to unload the water along the way. Haha.... Didn't know it's going to be high water consumption treking. The last hurdle is the most worrisome of all. It's steep with at least 65 degrees both upwards and downwards. Trembling legs and disturbed mind really doesn't help the cause. Luckily, I managed to pull through at the end of the day. Tired for sure but fun I had. Ahh... I love challenging myself. :-)
